At some point in our lives, it is not uncommon to find ourselves struggling with emotional pain and daily life challenges. I tailor treatment to my client’s strengths and goals, assisting them in breaking maladaptive coping strategies and poor habits while acquiring effective coping skills, which promote new ways of thinking, behaving, and relating to others. I believe that the foundation of successful psychotherapy, stems from the therapeutic relationship.
