I am a license mental health counselor with a MA in Counseling Psychology, and have worked in the field for 19 years. I am passionate about providing individual therapy to those who are ready to face and challenge what has brought them to the point of seeking counseling. I believe the therapeutic relationship should be a shared effort, working as a team to make one better, stronger and free from the issues they came in with, in a safe and supportive space. I will see adults, adolescence, and the elderly who suffer from life stressors and need help managing symptoms. I see clients in my office or by telehealth. I will do a 15 minute free consultation by phone so we can decide whether I would be the best fit for you.
