Introduction

Are you feeling exhausted by emotions or trying hard to avoid them? Perhaps you have found unhealthy ways to cope, feel stuck with no way out, or can't talk about it anymore. Whatever you are facing, you are not alone. My therapeutic approach focuses on your needs, whether a recent trauma, disturbing memories, or an ongoing issue. When our body and mind get activated by disturbing memories or difficult situations, we naturally struggle to move toward healing. I assist my clients by utilizing evidenced-based treatments, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with the Flash technique, and interweaving other cognitive methods like CBT & DBT to name a few. While we can't change the past, EMDR can help change how the past impacts us. If you want to know more about the other ways I can help my clients, I'd love to share. Deciding to engage in therapy requires faith and trust, faith in the possibility of change, and trust in the person you choose to help you. I understand and value the importance of providing a safe environment where you feel heard and respected. If you are interested and would like to know more about EMDR or my approach to therapy, I would love to hear from you.
