When our body and mind get activated by disturbing memories or difficult situations, we naturally struggle to move toward healing. I assist my clients by utilizing evidenced-based treatments, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with the Flash technique, and interweaving other cognitive methods like CBT & DBT to name a few.
