I believe in the power of attachment and the deep impact it has on our relationships, sense of self, and emotional well-being. For adult children of emotionally immature parents, I offer a space to process the effects of those relationships and break free from unhealthy patterns. By using family systems theory, we explore the dynamics that shaped your upbringing and help you create healthier connections moving forward. I support those navigating trauma, whether related to past experiences or ongoing struggles with identity, and understand the challenges that arise for individuals who are neurodiverse. I recognize and support the idea that health looks different for everyone, and this includes variations in body size, ability, and social capacity. Living with chronic illness or pain can create a complex emotional and physical experience, and I work alongside clients to explore and manage the impact it has on their lives. With an inclusive and affirming approach to gender and sexual identity, I create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their journey of self-discovery. My goal is to help you embrace your identity, heal from past wounds, and build a life that is authentic and meaningful and allowing the space to reconnect with your true self.
