Introduction

Welcome to my practice. Providing psychotherapy is my vocation. I believe in the healing power of safe connections and somatic work. I will approach you with a gentle, compassionate curiosity with attention to your heart, soul and body. I will honor how you have survived what life has given you. We will collaborate to uncover your inner resiliency, expand the capacity of your nervous system, and increase regulation. My hope is to support you in feeling more present, joyful and fully alive. I am humbled by this work and the path it provides back to feeling more whole. I have training in Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory and EMDR. I enjoy working with adults, healthcare and mental health professionals. I appreciate the wisdom of older adults and enjoy working with them on grief, loss, retirement and spiritual issues. I am a licensed psychologist in NH for 30 years. I am a member of the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology and can practice telehealth into PsyPact states.
