Introduction

Hello, I am pleased that you are exploring the possibility of psychotherapy with me. I believe it is important to work with the right therapist with whom you feel safe and confident in their skills. I have been in practice over 35 years and have extensive experience with many types of issues. I have expertise in working with couples, individuals, and families and have a particular expertise in understanding hormonal disorders (physical) and the mental and relationship effects these and other serious and/or chronic illnesses can bring. I worked with young children and their families for most of my career but feel this is better now done by younger therapists but I do enjoy assisting parents and caregivers in the challenges of parenting. If I do not feel I am the right therapist for you I will do my best to assist you in finding who may be able help you.
