I believe that each person has the innate ability to heal with the right tools and approach. Whether a person is dealing with feelings of sadness, grief, discontentment, anxiety or trauma, there are proven modalities to overcome those issues. We will work together in a safe, confidential manner where you can identify what you're feeling and we can discover the core/underlying cause. I will give you exercises to begin working through these issues at a pace that you are comfortable with. As well as educate you on why you experience the biophysical responses you have, and how we can create new neuropathways to feel more centered and calm. Over the past 17 years my practice has focused on helping people feel calmer and more in control of their lives. Focusing with clients on not just the now, but also instilling skills to assist with life events in the future.
