Introduction

I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment during your journey through therapy. My intention is to highlight your unique strengths and goals and help foster changes that make sense for your life. I believe in our ability to overcome and thrive despite life’s challenges, but it’s important to know that you don’t have to do it alone. In our sessions, I use a variety of modalities to ensure that our work is specific to you and your needs. These include mindfulness techniques, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and trauma focused techniques such as narrative therapy. My ultimate goal is to be present and supportive through whatever life challenges you are experiencing. I have done individual, family, and group work in outpatient and residential settings with adults, children, teens, and families. I look forward to taking this journey with you!
