Hi! My name is Lindsay. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State. My primary experience has been working with individuals struggling with eating disorders (ARFID experience included!), anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, body image, adjustments/transitions, and relationships. I also offer faith-based counseling as requested by clients. I have years of experience working with college students, though I accept adolescents and beyond! I am committed to creating a non-judgmental and validating space for all I have the honor of working with.
