It takes courage to seek therapy to explore yourself, your feelings, and your goals. Humans are holistic and it is important to consider all of the different parts that make you, you. Our emotional and physical health is deeply intertwined, so I believe it is important to consider all of our different parts from movement and nutrition to emotional intelligence. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and that my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you as we explore the good and the hard with self compassion. From starting in the field of exercise science to working with addicts and their loved ones, my experience will allow us to deeply consider how all parts of you interact and show up in the world. Together, this allows us to create a safe space for you to authentically express your emotions, thoughts, values and experiences.It’s an honor for me to work alongside you and share the safe space we cultivate together as you move towards holistic health.
