Introduction

I see adults in therapy in Berkeley, CA, either in person or via telehealth. I can help with a wide variety of problems that you may be experiencing in your life. My style is warm and relational, and I use a variety of tools rooted in a psychodynamic, neuroscience- based, trauma-informed framework. This means that I am knowledgeable about the root causes of suffering, and seek true healing and long-term change. My clients and colleagues have described me as friendly, kind, empathic, and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with patients struggling with day to day life and/or career issues, healing from childhood physical, sexual and/or emotional abuse, and/or neglect, battling intergenerational trauma, parenting without a parent(s), and/or healing from other trauma.
