Introduction

You feel like you are doing everything wrong as a parent. You are in constant battles with your child. You’ve been through seven therapists who said they were “trauma-informed” but bailed at the first sign of trouble. Your day to day is putting out one fire after another, and you feel like you can’t ever get ahead, much less enjoy time with your family. You want to be a good parent. You want to be able to give your child what they need. You want to stop the screaming for the love of all things holy. You want to feel capable, strong, and have some peace (or at least an hour of quiet). I am here to help you feel confident in your parenting decisions. You will know yourself and your child on a deeper level that will foster connection, compliance, and dare I say…even joy. I don’t sugarcoat, and I don’t bullshit. I do give gentle encouragement, tell you how you can grow, and help you find the path forward to transforming your life. Important things to know about me: Posting up at a coffee shop with my pens, stickers, bullet journal, and a steaming caramel latte on a cold day is my happy place. Brooklyn 99 is my comfort TV on days when I just can’t anymore. I have two small humans at home, so my non-work life is styling Barbie hair and playing Boomerang Fu in between school pickups.
