Lindsay sees her clients as experts on their own lives and writers of their own stories. She has experience working with people who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, men’s issues, and ADHD. Lindsay’s style is conversational and warm, and her training is rooted in systems theory and established interventions that include the individualized, trauma informed, client centered context of culture, family, and relationships. She recognizes that each situation is unique, and therefore approaches her work using a strengths-based model, and dedicates weekly time to continuous learning.
