Introduction

My name is Lindsay Meyers, MA, LPCC. Those letters mean that I have my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and that I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we lose our sense of direction. As a mental health counselor, my approach is guided by your unique needs, but at the core, I focus on strengths and values—helping you reconnect with what truly matters to you. There’s no magic formula for healing, but everything you need is already within you. Sometimes, we just need someone to sit with us in the hard moments, to listen without judgment, to help us unlearn patterns that no longer serve us, and to encourage us as we take small but meaningful steps toward growth. Here, you’ll find a space where you can explore your values, uncover your strengths, and build the confidence to move toward the life you deserve. You are the expert in your own story—I’m simply here to walk alongside you. I believe in the power of courage and community, inspired by Adlerian philosophy, and I know that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to support you on your journey. If I imagine us all as tumbleweeds—our namesake—we’re each carried by the wind. Some of us uproot intentionally, while others lose the roots that once grounded us. Along the way, we may get caught, collect debris, or lose our sense of direction. But sometimes, we end up exactly where we’re meant to be.
