Simply put, therapy is where we explore and address what's going on. I tend to believe most of us have done the best we can to get to where we are in life; but for some, that means barely getting by, or maybe just now recognizing that there is a pressing need or desire to tackle some longstanding problems. Good psychotherapy cultivates honesty about these issues and can effect lasting change. I am experienced working with an array of concerns, including: chronic depression, grief and loss, navigating life transitions, relational dissatisfaction, masculinity issues, and spiritual/religious concerns. I also teach undergraduate and graduate-level psychology courses and provide clinical training & supervision to doctoral-level training therapists at a university counseling center/community clinic. My work with students keeps my practice sharp and brings a great deal of joy to my professional life. Every therapeutic relationship is completely unique, but no matter the circumstance, you ought to feel genuinely respected and understood by your therapist. I look forward to seeing if we might work well together. Please reach out if you would like to schedule a brief consultation. Contact Phone: 714-576-4046 Contact Email: lindsaysnowphd@gmail.com
