Introduction

Santa Cruz Therapy Collective (SCTC) is a place for support, healing, and growth. We understand work burnout, childhood trauma, panic, family distress, and sadness. As a group of experienced colleagues who have worked together for years, we offer a selection of specialty areas so you can be sure to connect with a therapist who not only understands what you’re struggling with but also knows how to help. We’re trained in science-backed techniques that support clients to become more mindful and reflective as they make connections and develop the capacity to manage distress and feel more fulfilled. Therapy sessions are engaging and thought-provoking as we walk with you to understand the dynamics behind your experiences and find ways to develop strategies, clarity, perspective, and self-compassion. Our office is just south of downtown Santa Cruz—on the campus of the original Dominican built in 1929. Our office is a comfortable, welcoming space… and if you’re in California, we can also meet online via our secure, encrypted platform. Whether you’re here in our office or a location of your choosing, we’re ready to serve you. Call today and let’s get started with a free consultation: (831) 302-2323
