Introduction

I have over a decade of experience in the clinical field. I graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago in 2011. I specialize in Narcissistic Personality Disorder, codependence, interfamilial conflict, and generational trauma, I am a Certified Codependency Treatment Specialist. Codependency is one of the most common traits of people who have experienced trauma and addiction. My other area of specialization is dual diagnosis, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety, addiction, and individual trauma. I work with teenagers, adults, and families. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, I will help you change destructive thought patterns and come to self-actualization. My goal is to help you process how your Family of Origin history is impacting your current functioning. It's important to process the past and see how it influences where we are today. We all have a reason for who we are, and why we may have destructive patterns. In our work together, I will use my personal experience and clinical knowledge to help you break free of negative cycles. I am direct and inquisitive. I challenge my clients while also being empathetic. Self-care is hard in this day and age. I encourage you to take time to focus on your healing. Together we can make the positive changes you're seeking.
