Welcome! It's an honor and joy to come alongside athletes, teens, parents and adults. I also offer mental sport performance training for athletes of all ages and levels including the elite. I've served in the field of mental health for over twenty years, and have specialized training in ADHD and mental performance. My services empower people to go and be well in whatever they are after in life and sports. I offer practical tools and evidence-based strategies to enhance personal wellness, performance and relationships. I look forward to partnering with you!
