I believe that everyone has the desire and ability within themselves to heal, learn, and grow. Sometimes life and difficult circumstances get in the way for us to remember this innate ability. I view my role as a therapist as the facilitator in this process. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or difficult life transitions, I hope to walk alongside you in your journey of self-discovery. My therapy style is person-centered and trauma-informed. I believe that under these circumstances individuals can develop into the best possible version of themselves and live a fulfilling and joyous life. I am trained in trauma-informed yoga, Polyvagal theory, and EMDR and strive to incorporate the body and breath into the process of healing as well. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults, but work with people of all ages. My specialties include: depression, anxiety, and trauma. I aim to bring compassion, empathy, and playfulness into all of our sessions. I hope that you feel welcomed, heard, and at home in your own mind and body.
