We help others by creating a warm, trusting atmosphere where clients can share their stories and process their feelings. It is our belief that each person is the expert on their own life, so together we develop strategies that will lead to improved emotional health, greater self-esteem, and the ability to better maintain personal relationships. We are guided by the belief that all people have inherent value and can experience positive change. Our team of counselors excel at helping clients with many different needs, including but not limited to mood disorders, behavioral problems, depression, anger, anxiety, stress, trauma, and adjustment to life changes. We do this by tailoring treatment based on our clients' needs and personal goals. Our approach most typically focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
