My ideal client is someone willing to take a chance and try new approaches. Therapy is most beneficial when someone is ready to do the work in and out of session. If this seems overwhelming, it's okay. I'm here to support and help you find how you can start taking those steps. Sometimes life and emotions can become intense. I view therapy as a way to help strengthen individuals with the goal of no longer needing services. I try to be empathetic, honest and direct with my clients so they can start making change.
