My goal as your therapist is to create a safe, compassionate and supportive environment so that we can identify your goals and move towards them. We cannot control everything or the events that occur in our life but we can manage how they impact our lives. I come to Private Practice with extensive experience working with diverse populations specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, postpartum mental health and couples therapy. I am certified in using a wide variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches based on what you are experiencing.
