Introduction

I work with individuals in Connection Therapy Center's Gig Harbor office. My approach is based off of your unique strengths and the ecosystem that surrounds you. All interventions are tailored to you directly and build off of one another to create lasting change you can sustain outside of the therapy room. My background is in systems theory, with a concentration in the brain/body connection, understanding larger dynamics that surround you and influence your thoughts and behavior. You will leave session with practical tools, insight into habits and systems that stem from learned and taught behavior and awareness of your changing mindset. (Which is just a fancy pants way of saying you will do good, hard work and I will support you every step of the way.)
