Introduction

Hi! I’m Linsey Mizic, but you can call me Lin. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Jacksonville, FL, and the founder of Moon Revive Therapy. With a background in various therapeutic settings—including crisis counseling, family therapy, residential treatment, and outpatient programs. This journey led me to establish Moon Revive Therapy, where I focus on providing client-centered care through individual therapy for mental health. In my career, I’ve witnessed how life’s struggles can dim a person’s inner light, leaving them feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. That’s why I chose the name Moon Revive Therapy—it reflects my belief that, just like the moon, even in phases of darkness, our light can be reclaimed. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges while fostering emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three pets—a sweet cat and two loving dogs (one of whom you might see around the office!). I also love getting creative, going to concerts, learning to cook new meals, and riding motorcycles. I’m honored to walk alongside you on this challenging yet rewarding journey, and I look forward to supporting you every step of the way.
