I believe that everyone can benefit from help at various times in their lives whether it is a stage of life transition, a desire to make a change, relationship difficulties, addictions, or coping with anxiety, depression, anger, grief or the stress of everyday life. A safe place to feel, be heard and cultivate curiosity about life is essential. I am a humanistic, person-centered therapist who meets people where they are in their lives in an authentic and non-judgmental way. I do my best to promote a healing therapeutic relationship that can be a good source of support as you get in touch with your inner wisdom. Together we will explore paths of growth and change that may help you to find your answers through the process. I have experience in many different mental health care settings such as residential, community mental health, outpatient addictions center, and group private practice. I have a background in science and a M.Ed. in Counselor Education with CACREP certification in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bridgewater State University.
