My goal is to make it easier by allowing online scheduling and paperwork completion from the comfort of your home. I would love to meet with you to explore treatment options. With over 25 years of experience, I am committed to helping each client achieve their personalized treatment goals. My primary approach is based on cognitive behavioral principles, but I tailor treatment to meet the needs of each individual, while capitalizing on their strengths.
