Introduction

I started my career in a hospital for severely mentally ill and chemically addicted patients. I learned so much from that experience and was able to see a connection between trauma, mental health challenges, and sometimes, addiction. I then trained as an EMDR therapist, later becoming certified. I work with persons who need support with their mental health to be at their best. I also have been successful using EMDR for phobias as well as to process traumatic events. Clients describe me as warm, caring and practical.
