I have over 15 years of experience helping people struggling with relationship issues, parenting and anxiety. I do couples therapy and individual therapy with adults and teens, and parenting consulting in Miami. As a Licensed professional therapist and the only Certified Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapist in Miami, I work with individuals, couples, and families to address problems within relationships using Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, an evidence-based model that gets to the heart of the matter, by ​ identifying core relationship issues that keep you "stuck" in the same old fight processing past hurts, breeches of trust, and injuries to the relationship understanding the pattern of disconnection that drive you and your partner away from each other and strengthening the emotional connection between you and your loved one ​ I also work with teens, and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help alleviate the distress and symptoms associated with anxiety, stress, worry, and perfectionism.
