Introduction

I work from a holistic approach in the areas of grief, anxiety, depression, self-worth, adjustment issues and life transitions. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Certified Grief Informed Professional. I can help you understand and work through your emotions and losses, while finding ways to cope and move forward. I am an Accredited Certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner. EFT, or Tapping, is a simple, yet powerful set of mind-body tools that anyone can learn and use. It involves gently tapping on acupressure points while focusing on unhelpful thoughts, feelings or memories. Tapping sends calming signals to the brain and body, creating a sense of safety. This allows us to face uncomfortable feelings with a calm nervous system, rather than suppressing or avoiding them. As a result, many people experience a sense of relief, release, and greater emotional ease—often feeling lighter, calmer, and more peaceful after a session. EFT encourages emotional acceptance and helps shift the way we view and relate to our challenges, often bringing about new insights and healing perspectives. The form of EFT I use is Clinical EFT, which has been validated in numerous research studies and is considered an evidenced-based practice. If you are looking for a safe, non-judgmental and nurturing space to tell your story, please reach out today. I am available for in-person and tele-therapy sessions and it would be an honor to walk with you as you find a positive path forward. Please call or email me today if you are interested in scheduling a free, 15 minute consultation call.
