Introduction

People come to KindMind Health who are struggling with anxiety, depression, attention/concentration, insomnia, substance use disorders, relationship difficulties, weight management issues, anger management, and body image/dysmorphia. We work together to help you achieve a happier and healthier mind, body and spirit. After a thorough evaluation by one of our providers, their recommendations may involve therapy, conventional psychiatric medications, alternative treatments (herbs/supplements, meditation, nutritional counseling, exercise, breathing techniques, sleep hygiene), or a combination of these interventions. We are passionate about taking a holistic and diverse approach to help each person successfully navigate stressful obstacles and achieve their health goals.
