Introduction

Experienced therapist with a trauma focus. Helping you to discover the person you can be. Discovering a life with less worry, urges, sadness, and impulses. Improve your ability to communicate, be mindful and relax. Multiple modalities to choose from or use together such as EMDR, Equine Assisted EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, Equine Therapy, and/or Art Therapy as well as talk therapy. I am a CSAT Certified Sex/porn Addiction Therapist and a CPTT Certified Partner Trauma Therapist through IITAP. We are also Equine Assisted Learning and Activity Certified. We offer individual and group learning with and through a horse. We are a fee for service agency meaning we do not accept insurance. Thus allowing us to provide more confidential and individualized services.
