Because I believe that when life challenges are met with compassion and practical guidance, the challenges become a catalyst for healing, resilience, and developing your best self. I have been a licensed psychologist for over thirty years. My main areas of expertise include relationships, divorce, anxiety, depression, stress, loss/grief, women's issues, and self esteem. I have specialized training as a mediator of parenting plans and assist divorcing parents with the family transition and co-parenting consultation. I am also trained as a family transition coach for collaborative divorce.
