Therapy is a journey towards self-discovery, empowerment, and balance. However, life can be stressful with unexpected changes, that can create an out-of-control feeling with your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors. My approach to therapy is based on a collaborative relationship that offers safety, support, acceptance, and promotes trust so that you are able to make the right changes in your life that make sense for you. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field providing clinical care to adults, older adolescents, couples and families. Working towards finding a balance in your life, developing a deeper sense-of-self, and unlocking your potential is at the heart of the therapeutic work I do.
