Hello, I've been a clinical social worker since 1992 and have had the honor and privilege of working with and learning from clients across the lifespan and in a variety of different settings. My approach is relationship and strengths based, which means we get to know each other over time and work with maximizing your strengths, even those you may not be aware of. I incorporate mindfulness tools, cognitive behavior therapy strategies, a trauma informed lens, and mostly, a caring and empathic curiosity.
