Introduction

Sometimes life can feel so overwhelming that you wonder how you will ever get through. It can leave a pit in your stomach, a tightness in your chest, or your head can become so fuzzy with confusing and conflicting thoughts that you feel scattered, splintered, not yourself. Maybe the thoughts are so incessant that your brain feels like it's on fire, and it just won't quit. You may want to run and hide, lash out in anger and frustration, or perhaps you feel so shut down that making simple decisions becomes difficult. Life can feel too much, leaving you feeling inadequate. There is a path forward, a way to uncover you at your core. Telling your story to someone, being heard fully, completely without judgment is a powerful experience. I am here to listen, to guide, to witness all of you, the joys and the pain. We will work together to hear and process your story, to uncover your myriad inner parts holding burdens, and then to assist you in finding your inner confidence to live fully. I know what it feels like to wonder where to turn for help. You might think, no one will understand, no one wants to hear my pain. It's too much. My story doesn't matter. I should just be stronger, more together. I should be able to figure this out. Why am I so weak? If you feel this way, reach out by phone or email. You are not alone in your pain
