Introduction

I believe it is important to work with clients as a team exploring current issues and increasing awareness on how mind and body are interconnected. I have found when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, they are free to experience change. I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectic Behavioral informed techniques, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Psycho-education. I specialize in working with teens and young adults age 16 and older; I have a particular interest in treating anxiety disorders, adjustment issues/life changes/transitions, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, excoriation disorder, relationship/peer issues, and insomnia.
