Introduction

Hello, I'm an LPC who has 20 years experience in the mental health field. My interest and expertise is in helping individuals work through past trauma, whether it be childhood abuse or neglect, attachment issues, relationship trauma, grief & loss, or other unstuck burdens. I work with clients to move towards healing and functioning better in everyday life. I utilize many modalities depending on each individual's circumstance but first and foremost, I simply want to provide a comfortable space and caring, non-judgmental presence to better understand the life of each client.
