I am a certified complex trauma therapist (CCTP-II), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level One and EMDR-trained, a yoga teacher and a former first responder. Through my various clinical and non-clinical experiences, I have a unique perspective and lens through which I view how this human experience impacts us all, individually and collectively. I work with adults across the lifespan experiencing a variety of difficulties, to include anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship problems, adjusting to life transitions, and issues around growing older. Using evidence-based approaches we'll collaborate and address what is causing distress, concerns and a desire for change. Through our time in sessions together, you'll find calm, gain clarity, and the confidence to improve aspects of your life and create the story you desire for the future. I understand that looking for help is a vulnerable time, and it takes courage to purposefully and intentionally show up for each session. I invite you to reach out, and I look forward to meeting you wherever you are on your own personal journey and being a part of your story as it unfolds.
