Lisett Marquez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose career has focused on working with children and their families, adolescents, and adults who have experienced sexual abuse for over 10 years. She takes a trauma-informed, person-centered, compassionate approach to her work and joins her clients in their healing through empowerment and provision of reparative experiences. Lisett is Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) trained, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained, has a working knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and uses an Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) informed approach in her work. Lisett has experience in working with clients suffering from anxiety and depression. She is highly experienced and well educated on the inner workings of the child welfare system and has expertise in working with parents/families involved in the DCS system. Lisett is eager to improve clients’ quality of life through therapeutic services.
