Hi, I am so glad you’re here. Truly. My name is Lismerys and I am a Christian licensed therapist. Recognizing that life brings its many challenges, I want you to know you're not alone. As a therapist for almost a decade, I have seen firsthand that change is possible, but it often requires patience, effort, and a willingness to walk through the process. If we don’t address our triggers or explore how our life experiences have shaped us, we risk repeating the same patterns.
