Hello. I named my practice True Compassion Therapy because I feel that compassion is a very important ingredient in a successful client/therapist relationship. I have training in different treatment modalities such as CBT and a lot of my clients come to see me as they are going through major life changes: marriage, divorce, aging, college, starting a career...I thoroughly enjoy this work and seeing my clients succeed in the next chapter of their lives.
