Introduction

My passion is for seeing individuals and couples establish and restore healthy relationships, and helping people live their lives to the fullest. I do that through a variety of approaches. I’m holistic, looking at all aspects of your life: mind, body and spirit. I’m trained in the Gottman Method for working with couples, an approach that is research driven and scientifically based for how to make relationships work. I am a Certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, the #1 assessment tool for premarital counseling. I also am trained in Brainspotting, a type of therapy effective at treating trauma and anxiety. I’m eclectic, drawing from years of my own clinical training, graduate work, and experience. My clients appreciate that I offer a ton of support and make them feel safe in therapy, yet don’t shy away from giving direct feedback and ideas, or challenging a thought or belief that might be getting in the way of progress. I like to hear about your relationships, past and present, believing that they hold many keys to your breakthroughs. If you feel that we may be a good fit, reach out to me for a free phone consultation.
