Introduction

Many years ago, a mentor told me "people heal in relationship." Whether you'd like to strengthen your relationship with yourself or a partner(s), I can be a compassionate, nonjudgmental guide as you progress toward your goals. Dually certified in couple and sex therapies, it's my privilege to assist clients to find more satisfying and pleasurable partnerships that prioritize clear communication, consent, and emotional safety. As an AASECT-certified Sex Therapist, I work with adult individuals with sexual concerns (vaginismus, pelvic pain, erectile issues, anorgasm, loss of desire or, if coupled, mismatched desire) and erotic conflicts. My practice is kink-knowledgeable, as well as LGBTQIA and ENM affirmative.
