Liz takes a holistic approach to counseling, incorporating mindfulness, physical activity, nutrition, aromatherapy, and nature into sessions. She believes in the grounding and cathartic power of a walk in the woods. Liz believes that all people can develop the skills they need to be successful in life. With this mindset, she focuses on helping clients identify mindset and/or behaviors that are getting in the way of living life to the fullest. Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution- Focused Therapy, Liz works with her clients to gain new ways of responding to troubling situations
