Logan Parrott (pronouns he/him/his) is a Resident in Counseling who completed his Master of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy at Antioch University New England. Logan has practiced therapy with children as young as five and as old as ninety-eight, from school settings to the memory units of nursing homes. With this experience, he understands that any therapeutic treatment must be tailored to the unique needs of each client. With a background in Dance/Movement Therapy, Logan takes a holistic approach and focuses on the wellbeing of both the mind and the body. In practice with couples and families, this focus extends to the health of interactions in the relationship. Logan aims to help clients navigate transition periods in their lives, from changing relationships to internal changes. He uses modalities including but not limited to DBT, CBT, Non-violent Communication, Solution-focused and Strategic Therapy; he views therapy through the lens of strength-based, socioculturally attuned, trauma informed and LGBTQIA+ inclusive practice. Logan practices from a place of radical acceptance and social justice. Logan is supervised by Melissa Moore, LPC (License #: 0701006083).
