Introduction

I have experience working with individuals ages 17 to 75 and have worked in a community health agency setting which has given me the tools to provide therapy for a diverse range of clients. I have a particular interest in working with adolescent girls and women in transition (post partum, career transition, divorce, midlife challenges, parenthood and co parenting). I offer outdoor/nature walking therapy sessions in addition to in office and Telehealth. I offer a non judgmental space to listen and help guide my clients toward solutions for better living. Often, the answers lie within you and it is in helping you access you inner voice and determining your core values where clarity is gained. I am passionate about empowering clients to set boundaries to protect their peace. I look forward to hearing from you and starting a journey of healing and peace. All are welcome here.
