Introduction

Hi, I'm Loni. I am a relational therapist; I believe that genuine relationships allow clients to enact positive change. My practice model is hope-filled and research-informed, focusing on attachment, strengths-based, and trauma-informed frameworks. My commitment to empowering my clients is rooted in compassion, empathy, and collaboration so that we can all celebrate our similarities and differences. Therapy is about building a safe space, radical acceptance, courageous self-assessment, and shared humanity. This process unearths strength, courage, and insight, highlighting that the client is truly the expert over their own life. The NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) is my primary approach to working with you toward the future you see for yourself. NARM is a model for addressing attachment, relational & developmental trauma; I also use Motivational Interviewing a collaborative, goal-oriented style with particular attention to change. I hope clients are empowered to connect with themselves and others to move toward what they want out of life. Whatever that means to them! I offer free consultations to see if clients feel good about the match and working toward their therapeutic goals together.
