At times life can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome adversity and create a fulfilling and meaningful life when we identify and harness our individual strengths and connections. I have 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, peer relationship difficulties, anger management, and impulse control issues. I utilize evidenced based approaches grounded in the strengths perspective including cognitive behavioral, insight oriented, motivational models, and DBT.
