Lonnie Duncan, MA, LPCC Healing is a deeply personal journey, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where transformation can happen. I bring a holistic approach to therapy, integrating multiple modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and meditative/breathwork practices. I earned my undergraduate degree at Colorado State University and my graduate degree at Northwestern University. Through years of study and practice, I’ve found that weaving together IFS and Narrative Therapy allows individuals to reframe past wounds, turning them into sources of resilience and strength. By embracing experiences, thoughts, and emotions within the system—mind, body, and spirit—the weight of shame, regret, anger, depression, and anxiety no longer holds power over self-perception, relationships, or worldview. I believe in the possibility of internal freedom—one that fosters renewal, hope, and better daily functioning. I’ve experienced this transformation firsthand, and I’m passionate about helping others discover it for themselves. If you’re ready to step into this journey, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
