Introduction

My 40 years of practice as a family physician has given me insight and experience helping my patients work through many difficult life situations to discover solutions and find more peace and joy in their lives. I hope we can work together to help you understand yourself better and to transform your suffering into living a deeper more meaningful life. Along with listening and sharing, I hope to integrate meditation and hypnosis as well as an exploration of your family history into our sessions. when appropriate, I am able to prescribe and manage some medicines such as antidepressants.
